Uganda's powerful drug cartel

The Rose Birungi who was recently caught in London with drugs belonging to General Salim Saleh is just a pawn in the drug trafficking trade of Uganda's top shots.
An Indian man called Rajiv is now languishing in an American jail in Washington DC for drug trafficking now Rose is caught in London Heathrow with cocaine. Birungi who is Saleh's aide even uses a red passport which means it is a diplomatic passport.
The former secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Rhona Mugoya who was nabbed by British Anti-Drug Trafficking is another one being used by Foreign Minister Sam Kuteesa.
